Overview

At Urban Gents Men’s Salon we strive to provide premium, timely service. Our cancellation policy helps us manage appointments fairly and keep wait times minimal for all clients.

Booking & Confirmation

When you book an appointment, you'll receive a confirmation via the contact method you provided (call, SMS, or WhatsApp). Please ensure your contact details are accurate to receive reminders and updates.

Cancellation Window

To avoid charges, please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 6 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (no-show), a no-show fee may apply. Repeated no-shows may require advance payment to secure future bookings.

Late Arrivals

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other clients. If there is insufficient time to complete the service, we may need to reschedule.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free if done within the cancellation window. For events or high-demand slots, we may ask for confirmation to hold your new appointment.

Fees & Refunds

Cancellation and no-show fees, if applicable, are charged per the service booked. Refunds (if any) are processed via the original payment method and may take several business days.
